We may collect or already have in our possession personal data including details of names, business address, business email address, and mobile and work telephone numbers of people we have contacted through business.
For employees, we will also maintain more personal data.
Uses of data
For employees we hold data to permit us to arrange salaries, share options, reimburse expenses, manage business continuity, provide employee benefits and inform next of kin in the event of an emergency.
We also hold and maintain a database of names of business entities and the individuals who work there. We keep these so that we can
- maintain a record of contacts;
- provide services to these entities;
Sharing data

We respond to any request to correct inaccurate data within two business days.
